Meeting Minutes
Attendance: (17)
[Names Redacted]
Summary
The Lake County Tobacco Prevention Coalition (LCTPC) monthly meeting was held
virtually and was only a quick check-in opportunity for our members. The meeting began
with the reading of our mission and vision statements by Adrienne Jackson. Next, we
moved to a time for all attendees to share how they have been doing since the storm
and any updates they have. Irene shared a quick update on events the coalition has
participated in over the last month and the community impact. Nicole shared that the
smoke-free air survey is live (http://canihelp.org.in/smokefreeair) and partners should
begin collecting survey responses as soon as possible, with each member having a
goal of collecting 100 responses. Nicole also shared that the coalition is now using the
new social media pages (@lakecountytpc on Facebook and Instagram) and
would like each member organization and individual to begin following the social media
pages. This will increase awareness and page engagement.
