VENDOR

Vendors are responsible for providing the following services for ensuring that the best quality evaluation is conducted:

- Provide $150 Vendor Registration Fee

Community Advocates of Northern Indiana will provide the following services for ensuring that the best quality evaluation is conducted:

- Provide venue

- Provide vendor table and 2 chairs

Community Partners are responsible for providing the following services for ensuring that the best quality evaluation is conducted:

- Contribute to advertising / marketing / promotions

- Provide speaker to promote organization and services

- Provide $150.00 vendor registration fee

- Provide 1 swag bag item for 50 bags

- Provide all supporting documents and data to Community Advocates of Northern Indiana

Community Advocates of Northern Indiana will provide the following services for ensuring that the best quality evaluation is conducted:

- Provide venue

- Provide advertising / marketing / promotions with your organization’s logo

- Provide vendor table and 2 chairs

- Provide opportunity to address participants for the purpose of promoting organization and services

- Provide 3 reserved invitations for your pregnant clients and 1 guest each

- Provide large gift item for each pregnant participant

Retail vendors are responsible for providing the following services for ensuring that the best quality evaluation is conducted:

- Provide $150 Vendor Registration Fee

Community Advocates of Northern Indiana will provide the following services for ensuring that the best quality evaluation is conducted:

- Provide venue

- Provide vendor table and 2 chairs
